The BART Impact Program is a comprehensive, policy-oriented study and evaluation of the impacts of the Bay Area Rapid Transit system. It is intended to cover the entire range of possible rapid-transit impacts and includes studies of effects on the Bay Area's transportation system, travel behavior, land use and urban development, the environment, the regional economy, social institutions and lifestyles.
